Internal part of the Cutter/Possible repairing techniques
Disasembling the cutter from the EP802-TM is the first part of the repair process in order to preform the repair. After that we are required to do two steps that could be the solution to repair the cutter.
First step: using as small screwdriver, we start to move the large white gear upwards, to create a form of control/charge from the connector to the motor. That is one method that could bring the cutter into its right mode.
Second step: We are required to measure the resistance on the motor connector that is connected to the gear, with the right reading of 1.9 ohms we see that the reading does not show a problem.
After these steps are done, we assemble the cutter back and place it in accordance with its right position in the printer. We then do a self-test check using the tool. If all the self-check tickets are printed correctly, the cutter has been repaired and the issue has been resolved.
