EPIC 950 COM Por Issue
When trying to Boot the EPIC printer to boot mode in order to perform the FW download, we can face an issue where the printer information is not readable or wrong. This problem indicates that the main problem is a virtual serial port that allocates a com port on the PC every time you plug in/out, which means many virtual com ports. The solution to this would be removing the virtual COM ports from the device manager, then connecting the right COM port from the device manager port with the same on as the PJ downloader.
