iPRO RC length and width guide replacement
Replacing the length and width guides based on the currency of the customer is an important step in order to have the right functionality of the note acceptor.
Length guide replacement:
The first step is to open the recycler door using the key. (Open the door)
unscrew the 4 screws of each length guide, either starting with the one on top and then the one below.
replacing the colored length guides according to the right ones (length guides description below)
put the screws back in place and close the door of the recycler.
Width Guide replacement
Remove the left and right side of the recycler unit.
lift up the RC race upward and remove it upwards and off from the recycler.
Place the length guides in the designated area.
The tool used to perform the checking and right settings is called the ID-003 Basic driver V2.0.. After changing the length guide to the correct one, we open the tool and choose the right Denom settings. in the picture below the 10 is for the red length guide and 20 is for the Grey. That was the case for this particular customer from Poland where the length guides were incorrectly set.
After the setting is done, we click on connect. If we get the BV status: Idle it means everything is going accordingly.
