We have a new client who is struggling with setting up an iPro-RC unit correctly via ccTalk.

Is there a Manual for the cctalkSim tool?

They want to:

- determine which recycler stores 100€ notes and which stores 200€ notes

- how to make unit to store the notes into the recycler, because now all the notes are routed to the storage (using ccTalkSim)

- how can we execute the payout from the recycler (both units)

- get statuses of how many notes are held in recycler(s) and how many are in storage

They also said that some JCM Headers are not included in the “official” ccTalk documentation (i.e. Header 35, 27 etc.),

Answer:

. It runs through how to set the denominations and pay out again but assumes you already know how to get to “idling”. If you need something more then I will need a few days to set it up here and write it out step by step.

The Headers that iPRO-RC supports are listed on the SIS, as is the Recycler Denomination Table for which number to use in the Modify MC setting. More detailed Header explanations are in the attached PDF.
