We are facing one uncommon error regarding the recycler unit of this unit. After performing all the necessary actions from identifying sensors based on the operations manual and cleaning it, to trying the recycler on another iPRO unit, but with no success. Can you advise me on the matter if possible?

Can you check the four sensor paths on each side of the RC box are not blocked and you can see all the way through without any obstruction? Sometimes a customer will put a sticker over one of the sensor paths, or maybe a part inside the box is loose (lifter) and partly obstructing the pathway. This can also be a cause for the error you are seeing.
If the lifter inside the box is not loose then it is possible it could be a dirty or scratched sensor prism, unfortunately it can be difficult to identify which. Does the iPRO-RC show any error when you connect it to the Host Simulator? Or only during calibration of the recycler?
