I have a customer who asked if the GEN5 printer supports any 16 digit barcode firmware?

Do you maybe have such firmware? Currency EUR in Spanish language.

Answer:

Yes, all of our firmware supports 16-digit barcodes. The host would just send a 16-digit number in the print command instead of an 18-digit number. See the sample print command below, the barcode number is highlighted in yellow:
