The NAK response (0x10 0x15) you are getting could have many reasons.
To be sure that device is correctly installed please do/control following in your windows laptop:
- Install attached Tool and driver.
- Check the USB Com Port setting in windows device manager. COM Port should have a number under 10. If not, please adjust it.
- Send RESET command with the MRX simulator.
If the error persists, the log files located in “…\MRX_simulator_BNF_SNF_V1350\log” should be investigated.
The 10h 15h means NAK response. It is difficult to know the reason for NAK.
