We want to have directly connection from our industrial computer mounted in ticket machine to iPRO RC.
What we meant is, as a result of having issues with Payling-iPro connection, Marcin wants to implement the ID003 protocol directly on the industrial computer, bypassing Payling.
How can we connect iPro directly to this computer?

I have advised the cusomter to follow page 28 of the manual and I beleive they do not need the UAC device just power connection Harness, interconnecting harness to the computer?

Answer: The ID-003 does not work with the USB-connection of the validator. The only solution to connect the iPro over USB is by using an USB to RS232/Serial Adapter.
