Cesar can you kindly inform me if you have tried to print the ticket attached with another printer and got the same result of poor printing?
I am attaching a tool if you can decrease the width to 48 mm and see the result, please? You would need to click on settings and printer width. If it does not work, I would like to request from you a self-test ticket where I can see the printers firmware installed.
This can be printed from the attached tool as well. (Self check) button.
Can you please confirm to me if you only have one printer to test this?
You would need to set the width to 72mm on the tool. please set the print density to 150. Can you please provide me with a video of how you are placing the ticket with vertical printing?
The solution: Setting the width to 70 on the tool fixed the issue.
